Tell me, did you even play test the levels?

Because it seems like every single level has a design feature where there's a car or giant ass snow plow blocking my way that can only be bypassed by positioning your bike in a completely flawless position or else you will fail.

another thing that's wrong with this game is that even if the smallest, tiniest pixel of your body touches ANYTHING you die instantly.

I've only played one Zelda game in my life, "The Legend of Zelda: The Minish Cap"

But even though, I still have a very good idea who this mysterious 'Highest ranking Hylian knight" is.

If you guys are really dying to find out, I can tell you that my best bet is, it's one of the Blade Brothers, most likely Swiftblade, self proclaimed finest swordsman and knight in the king's arsenal who also trains link several new moves and techniques in The Minish Cap.

Even his silhouette has the same features, slim body, long hair, and a unique curve at the end of his hair.
